Some of Tougeclub (m) members visit Ipoh for Sunday trackday ...

I followed Megat and Nadia back to Ipoh at noon. Ka Tsung and Vincent left later on to reach at 6pm and Annuar got up to Ipoh at 9.

We had dinner at Vanggey and then headed to Anas's brother's stall in Kg. Kepayang. Annuar's late arrival meant that he missed out on dinner and so had his dinner there just before heading up to the touge.





Unfortunately Megat wasnt feeling too good and so didn't drive up the touge so we only took the Neo and the Stream. Anas and I left our cars at home too and yeah, there are no pictures of dinner, Zaid's place (Anas's brother) or anything else we did that day ..... hmmmm .....

Friday evening ...

Anas and K headed back to Ipoh while I stayed in KL for another day. They had to change the banner location in Teluk Intan and put up more flyers around the neighbouring areas.



Flyers were added to more places where they left out before like the Mobil and Petronas station.



Even the bus stops had our flyers lol.

Changing tires for trackday .....

I needed tires for trackday as the ones I used last trackday looks like this .....



and so I got some second hand Kumho Ecsta tires on for the "taxi drift rides" that I have to give on Sunday. So we got the tires fitted, "gassed up" and balanced.



Then we sent the tires home and headed off to KL. By the time we left it was already almost 7 o'clock cuz we stopped by CT4 to do an oil change first. (no pics cuz "dun wan to see Singh's face" =P). On the way down we stopped at the Sg. Buluh rest area and had dinner.

At first we ordered the beef and chicken but it just wasn't enough so we ordered lamb and tripe aswell =D

Banners are up .....

The tougeking trackday banners are up. I have to say they are a tad on the small side but the colours are striking.

One of the banners were put up at the Kompleks Rakan Muda in Taiping but we dont have a picture of that.

The rest are in Teluk Intan, Pasir Salak, Station 18 and at the Taman D.R. roundabout .....

Monday site visit .....

Danau Motorsports have been asked to do a little drift thing for the Hari Belia in Manjung on the 7th of June. We went up to Manjung (near Lumut) with Goh in two cars as I had another meeting in Lumut after.

This is at the Stadium Manjung which is within the Majlis Perbandaran Manjung facility .....

Sunday .....

Sunday is our day off! =)

We visited Cik Li again at his futsal place to finalise the Trackday banners and the PMA logo.



He runs a futsal centre here in Ipoh @ Kampar Road which was just opened a month ago. (more details later or just leave a comment)

Saturday activities ...

This morning Anas and I decided to test out our dirt bikes that just came out of the workshop. His was in for a full service this time. (and Danau stickers on the white bike will be coming soon hehe).

We went into the woods around Kg. Kepayang where I got stuck in a puddle of mud! Due to my ever so "light weight" (dammit), I sank in a foot deep! (I'm not putting up the pic =p)

And this is me cleaning up the "chocolate coated" KTM .....



In the afternoon, we were itching to ride again and so we did! The route started from Simpang Pulai through the countryside all the way to Batu Gajah!!! It was such a beautiful day and the scenery was just fantastic! (The orange KTM bike is the one we use for competitions and the white Suzuki ER is Anas's)

Danau bike and night fishing ...

Anas went to check on the Danau KTM trail bike this afternoon. Its all ready to be taken to our storage facility (secret place!). He also checked out a bike which we are going to get to do all the dispatch work and other stuff which requires a bike. LOL

Here it is ... and its all gud so yah we're getting it =)



At dusk, he went out fishing Kota Bharu (in the Gopeng region). One of the fishes that he got was this ... Ikan Belutok ... and to catch them, you'll need to use prawns as bait!

The market price for this fish costs RM 80 per kg!!! and this one weighs in at 600g. (Wow thats RM 65 bucks worth of fish!)

It now swims in his pond at home. (can't wait to see the "after" picture when i get MY hands on it hehehe)

As for K and I, we went over to Konzo to do the Danau windshield sticker and met up with our graphics designer Cik Li to settle the Trackday banners ...
